I’m Doniphan Stone, founder of Empowered Personal Training. After overcoming cancer in high school, I developed a passion for fitness that’s driven my career. With experience in collegiate soccer and earning my black belt, I’ve trained hundreds of clients and specialize in weight loss, functional strength, golf, pickleball, and injury prevention. I hold several fitness patents, successfully co-founded and exited a multimillion-dollar company, and have trained hundreds of fitness professionals. My holistic approach, highlighted in my co-authored book, EPIC Devotion, focuses on internal transformation for lasting external results.
